Location: the hotel was not far from airport and THE MAIN ROAD. I was upgraded to a decent sized standard double room with a bath.

Had relaxing stay for a night. A fridge, an electric kettle and a microwave in our standard king room were useful during stay. The staff were all polite and pleasant. You could leave a car on site.

We visited the Top Gear Test Track and Chessington World of Adventures. The hotel is perfect for a group trip, and the staff was very helpful. Just keep in mind, having a car is a plus, as some dining options are a bit of a trek away.
Our room could have used a bit more cleanliness. There were some stains on the bed sheets and a few worn-out spots on the carpet.

I loved the spacious room and cozy beds. The pool was a refreshing treat, and having a gym nearby gave us a nice way to unwind. The only downside was the Wi-Fi being a bit slow, but it didn't dampen our mood at all. 😊

We enjoyed our stay, especially with the spacious rooms ideal for our family of four. The proximity to top attractions, just a short drive from Chessington World of Adventures, was a highlight for us. The kids loved having their own beds too!
My children wanted more options for breakfast, as the limited choices didn't impress. A family-friendly menu would enhance the experience.

Ample Free Parking, Convenient Microwave Facilities, Large Family Rooms
The access road is riddled with potholes that can really take a toll on your car!!! Room cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, with dusty corners and poorly maintained bathrooms!!!

It was just an ideal choice for a speedy visit in Crawley with great value for the money. The basic breakfast was simple but satisfying before a long day out. Use a sturdy vehicle to navigate the area since the roads are pretty rough.
